Description

*Nuttelia's oc Arabella Skydancer.

Edit :: Added a few strands to the tail..too clumpy and pissed me off :XD:

I am fairly happy with this..horrible horn though. The forelock killed me. I tried so many tutorials :XD: I hope they worked!
Sorry, the cutie mark died on me!

When critiquing:
-Ignore horn.
-Ignore forelock

Hello dear x
Well, first of, lets me start by saying this is a very nice manip! c:
It has good technique and skill and looks really well formed, but there are a few things that might need changing x

1. The mane and tail
- The mane and tail are really nice, but I feel that they are just to......formed? Get me? I mean, there are minimum strands it it looks like...I think what I am try to get past is try making strands that fly away and the actual hair itself not just be so...even...I hope you get what I mean.

2. Colouring
- I mean, everything looks really good together, but I think that you could possibly try 'COLOUR BALANCE' to even and blend the colours...I mean, you've got a purple tail, thus I think the colour balance should be purple. To do this go Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Colour Balance (:

3. the horn
- dont get me wrong, the horn looks great, it's just I would brush in some strands of hair over the horn, just to blend it in more c:

4. Smudging
- I personally think it looks like you have over-smudged. I think, when you smudge, duplicate the layer then smudge the horse at 20% strength then bring down the opacity in the layer (:

Hope this helped c: ♥ I love your work!
